What we tell ourselves is so powerful! “I’m not good enough” “I can’t do that” “I’m too weak” we tell ourselves these things over and over and eventually start to believe them. I find myself second guessing everything I do in class yet if I just relax and do it everything works out just fine.
I’m finally used to the intensity of the schedule. We meditate for an hour on waking, have two yoga sessions a day and the rest either theory or practical teacher training.
