Week 2 I’m a little late posting as I have teaching on my mind! Monday I was teaching my first Hatha yoga class. Exciting! (I’ll save that for the week 3 post) Week two was full of ups and downs. I cried a couple of times and laughed so much. I was feeling a little sorry for myself as I spent the whole week covered in a super itchy heat rash. I’m starting to really see a change in my body and my practise it getting easier and I can deepen the postures.
Working from a computer at home all day was stressing me out, sending emails was stressing me out, getting signups to events was stressing me out, ordering chairs for events was stressing me out... okay, I think you get the picture.
My job was actually pretty awesome and when it was going well I loved it! However, it had got to the point where day to day work was driving me crazy. I'd started making stupid mistakes all the time so when my boss gave me the opportunity to leave I took it.
