The Venue.

The Avondale House is set within 75 acres of private land within L&A Outdoors in the Goytre Valley. With walking and cycling routes on your doorstep, you can spend the day outdoors then spend a relaxing night in your hot tub.

What to pack.

PACKING LIST

Comfy clothes
Think T-shirts, leggings, yoga pants. Anything comfy that you can move freely in.

Walking boots / Trainers
We have a walk planned.

Swimming costume/bikini/bathers/trunks
There is a hot tub yay!  
You may want to bring a towel for this. I'm not sure about the towel situation at the venue.

Toiletries 
Don't forget your toothbrush!

Warm coat
Possibly waterproof incase it rains (its Wales remember) 


OPTIONAL PACKING

Your own yoga mat
Yoga mats will be provided but if you have one bring it along. Its always nice to have your own mat.​

Yoga blocks
Great for extra support. If you have them bring them along.
​
Your own blanket
Again will be provided but some are pretty small so if you have your own blanket you would like to use for meditation feel free to bring one.

Note book
You may want to do some journalling while here or note down something you have learned. I take one everywhere with me.

Fluffy socks
Nice for meditation

Snacks 
Some food is provided but you may like to bring some snacks. Also note meals will be vegetarian and will cater for vegans if you do want anything else please feel free to bring it (fridge available for storage)
