Connecting and Grounding
Join Laura on a Monday between 6pm and 8pm downstairs in the Gallery at Barnabas Arts House. During the sessions you will focus on grounding and connecting to yourself using yoga, breathing techniques, meditation and visualisations.
Each week we will cover a different topic kicking the 6 weeks off by focusing on "prana" (the breath). You will come away from the first session with a basic understanding of how the breath works and how we can use it to re energise.
There will be time to reflect, chat or just chill with a cup of tea or coffee (included) during the sessions.
You'll leave each session feeling refreshed, relaxed and ready to face the rest of the week and perhaps you'll even come away with some new knowledge.

The bar will be open from 8pm onwards if anyone wants to carry the party on.
Summer Park Yoga
Summer Park Yoga runs weekly 10am - 11am on a Saturday morning through the warmer months of the year. Just £4 suggested donation makes the benefits of yoga accessible to all.
